What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for driving and overseeing our most critical development projects. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of all development milestones. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction. Whether it’s planning sprints, tracking project progress, or mitigating risks, your work will directly impact our product delivery and company’s growth. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data to enhance project efficiency and identify areas for strategic enhancement. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for SaaS implementations and related projects. 
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery. 
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution. 
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, and reports. 
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect project data, build dashboards, and generate reports to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. 

Requirements

Who You Are 

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget. 
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and implementation methodologies. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with R&D and Product teams. 
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA as an advantage). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
