About You:

  • You are a proactive, process driven delivery / project management professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first Do-It attitude, and adept at leadership, people person, strategic planning, and risk management. You Will:

  • Project Planning, Management, DIY and Execution:
    • Lead and manage medium to high complex product implementations from Kick-Off through Launch, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Develop plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Refine and streamline goals, objectives, and key deliverables in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
    • Be hands on and implement the product for customers.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead a cross-functional team of Solution Experts, providing clear direction, motivation, and support throughout the Implementation and Support lifecycle.
    • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members are clear on responsibilities and timelines.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team cohesion and successful project execution.
    • Build, Measure and Monitor KPI’s Monthly, Quarterly.
    • Conduct regular 1X1s with the team, seek and provide feedback
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, Leadership team and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Address issues, concerns, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to resolve obstacles and keep projects on track.
    • Manage escalations promptly and lead them to closure.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards and are in line with implementation specifications and expectations.
    • Implement processes to monitor and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting:
    • Drive comprehensive project documentation, implementation playbooks, support playbooks, including but not restricted to plans, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
    • Prepare and present post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and methodologies
    • Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success to drive synergies between the entire Sales -> Implementation -> Success process ensuring Customer Delight

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar.
  • Willingness to support until 3:00 pm EST.
  • Experience:
    • 8 - 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing complex projects
    • Experience in SaaS, Startup’s will be preferred
    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong background in risk management, resource management, and budgeting.
    • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred).
      Experience with CRMS, Hubspot (preferably)
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
    • Expertise in CRM systems / project management software and tools
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
    • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies, customer inquiries, and other issues promptly.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, billing software, and ticketing systems. Experience with SaaS platforms, Chargebee, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer-first attitude, with a focus on providing excellent service and maintaining positive client relationships.
