Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product-marketing initiatives that clearly communicate how our AI transforms care delivery, empowers staff, and improves patient outcomes. 

  • Own product messaging and positioning across all channels and audiences, tailoring value propositions to each stakeholder group (residents, relatives, frontline staff, nurse managers, site directors, operator executives, and asset owners). 

  • Create, organise, and maintain a searchable library of collateral—pitch decks, case studies, white papers, web copy—so commercial teams can instantly find the right asset for any engagement. 

  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to measure product-marketing effectiveness, sharing insights company-wide. 

  • Act as the single source of truth for market research and competitive analysis, continually refreshing insights and feeding them back into positioning and roadmap decisions. 

  • Collaborate daily with product, engineering, design, sales, and operations to ensure tight feedback loops and on-time launches of new features and capabilities. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for multiple customer personas. 

  • Strong storytelling skills and exceptional written / verbal communication. 

  • Excellent organisational skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and parallel deliverables while maintaining attention to detail. 

  • Creative, innovative thinker who leverages GenAI tools to increase personal productivity and bring fresh approaches to market problems. 

  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across technical, product, and commercial functions. 

  • Data-driven mindset in measuring and iterating on marketing effectiveness. 

  • Hands-on, resourceful executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership from concept to completion.
