About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Aura, you’ll play a key role in shaping messaging and positioning that appeals to both consumer and enterprise audiences. You’ll craft compelling narratives, emphasizing Aura’s AI leadership, innovation, and impact on digital safety and wellbeing.

In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with Product, Communications, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development teams to craft go-to-market strategies that elevate Aura’s profile across investor, media, B2C and B2B channels. You’ll shape messaging that resonates with consumers, partners, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven, with a talent for turning features into compelling stories that resonate with different audiences. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with experience in positioning products or corporate narratives effectively.

Day to Day:

  • Define and lead messaging and positioning for Aura’s brand and company-wide initiatives with a particular focus on Aura Intelligence. Leverage research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to craft compelling narratives for investors, media, B2C, and B2B audiences.
  • Develop strategic go-to-market plans to grow the brand, attract new customers, and increase subscriptions, while showcasing Aura’s AI features. This should boost revenue and strengthen Aura’s position in both consumer and business markets.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align strategies and plans with clear value propositions and unique messaging, ensuring Aura’s products meet customer needs and deliver real benefits.
  • Create clear and persuasive messages, stories, and marketing assets that showcase Aura’s AI leadership emphasize its impact on security, privacy, and digital wellbeing.
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Business Development to run campaigns, share thought leadership, and increase Aura’s brand visibility.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities, turning insights into effective messaging for all audiences.
  • Develop and test messaging frameworks, value propositions, and content to improve communication and engagement. 
  • Support campaigns—including landing pages, digital ads, investor materials, and product collateral—with targeted messaging to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure all communications effectively convey Aura’s value, differentiators, and AI-driven solutions. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years experience in marketing
  • 3-5+ years in product marketing within B2C
  • Experience running promotions, pricing, and packaging tests
  • Experience in messaging/positioning, branding, market research, A/B testing, cross-functional project management, and multiple marketing channels
  • Experience with marketing data analytics, channel optimization, or financial forecasting
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-friendly language

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in SAAS 
  • Experience in digital safety, cyber security, digital wellness or AI-based products a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Possess great passion and empathy for the customer. Demonstrated ability to utilize user research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurably successful product launches and campaigns
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and be flexible to changing business needs

Pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
