Gretel is looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive and scale enterprise growth for our synthetic data platform and APIs. You will help our customers and users understand the value of and how to use Gretel’s synthetic data models to unlock enterprise value, including how to integrate them into workflows and data pipelines. You’ll help us highlight how safe, synthetic data can be used for AI projects, including evaluating and fine-tuning AI models while maintaining privacy. This role requires critical thinking skills, an inherent curiosity to dig deeply into technical products, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
You’ll join a team of collaborative cross-functional product marketers that drive a number of critical initiatives that contribute to pipeline growth and help drive market awareness of synthetic data. These will include product positioning & messaging, ICP & persona definition, product releases & launches, sales & partner enablement, solutions and partner marketing, as well as collaborating with growth marketing for lead generation and campaign support. You care equally about quality, execution, and teamwork, and are excited to work at a startup. You're intellectually curious, willing to try new things, and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines.
Become a market expert - develop an understanding of synthetic data and developer workflows, how enterprises work with data, and how our products integrate with modern AI tech stacks
Serve as a consensus builder between teams to ensure the voice of the customer becomes a critical component of how we scale
Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and updates
Create sales enablement materials, including product guides, sales decks, and battlecards, to empower the sales team to effectively sell technical products
Define campaign messaging pillars and develop high-quality campaign content, such as whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, webinars, and blog posts, that educate enterprise audiences and result in lead generation
Collaborate with strategic partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with large cloud providers and marketplace teams to accelerate co-selling
3+ years of relevant product marketing experience with a developer-focused B2B SaaS product or services built and available in a public cloud
Experience leading product releases & launches and marketing Generative AI, machine learning (ML), and/or data tools to technical users and developers, especially co-marketing with cloud-service provider and AI infrastructure partners
Experience with product marketing at product-assisted and/or sales-influenced growth companies, especially with enterprise ABM campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences, ranging from business to technical
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Occasional travel to staff exhibitor booths and speak at events & conferences
Computer science, data science, statistics or technical degree
SEO and content marketing & strategy
Experience with MarTech tools, including Hubspot, WebFlow, Zoom, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.

Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range.
