We are seeking a passionate entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead our Customer Portal and Support/Search Assistants (future Agents) solutions within the Evinova Platform. The Evinova Platform is the central axis that integrates common utilities and fosters connected experiences across diverse products. This role is part of the Platform Applications organization, focusing on developing capabilities that enhance all Evinova products and user experience. The ideal candidate possesses passion for UX/CS and experience with knowledge management systems, search tools, large language models (LLM), virtual assistants, AI agents, and has successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SaaS AI products. Success in this role requires a builder mindset to collaborate with cross-functional product, customer experience, implementation and support teams to ship, test, and iterate often.

Accountabilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Collaborate with the Platform Apps Director and cross-functional peers to continuously refine, evolve, and evangelize the vision and strategy for the products to inspire the cross-functional team and clearly define the business value and product-market fit.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product plan and value-driven roadmap for Customer Portal, Support and Search Assistant.

Product Requirements, User Experience & Adoption:
- Conduct user research to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Work with designers to create user-centric interfaces that enhance exploration, visualization, and navigation of the solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define knowledge management and virtual assistant requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product and user testing.
- Develop clear user documentation and training materials to promote user adoption and proficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of data and functionality to deliver a smooth user experience.
- Leverage AI tools wherever possible to deliver the above.

Customer Support process:
- Engage and build with Customer Experience and Customer Portal leaders streamlined customer support processes within our Customer Portal and virtual assistants.

Metrics & Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the products' success.
- Analyze usage data, performance metrics, and user feedback to continuously enhance the tools and ensure they adapt to evolving needs.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for the digital solutions.
- Develop detailed requirements and work collaboratively to prioritize in agile ceremonies.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with knowledge management systems, search tools, large language models (LLM), and virtual assistants.
- Experience with Customer Support/Experience management.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge module.
- Proven track record in the development of cross-product digital solutions and platform applications.
- Ability to clearly articulate measurable product value and develop frameworks for roadmap prioritization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse disciplines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a data-driven approach to product management; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
- Experience working in regulated environments, with a solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
