The Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) team at LinkedIn is responsible for creating and delivering instructional, procedural and technical content for LinkedIn’s members, customers and employees. The content is created both manually and using GAI, and is distributed externally to LinkedIn’s Help Centers, virtual chat agents, and in-product experiences (including those powered by AI/GAI) where our customers and members self-serve. Employees also use this content internally through enterprise search systems and CRMs.
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Content Product Manager to transform how we create and optimize content for different LinkedIn products. This role will be responsible for defining the vision for how we use AI across the content development lifecycle, including but not limited to incorporating agentic technology into our workflows. This is a managerial role that requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in shaping the future of AI-powered content creation.
This position will report to the Director, Knowledge Management Solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop a clear and compelling vision for an AI-powered content development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with content and organizational goals.
Manage and mentor individual contributors fostering a culture of collaboration and scaling the team as the AI initiative grows.
Collaborate with content strategists, managers, and technical teams to develop AI-powered tools that generate summaries and drafts. These tools should provide content strategists with a solid starting point for editing and finalizing, ensuring high-quality, LOB-specific content.
Understand the needs of content teams and collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to design, develop, and implement AI-powered tools for content creation, analysis, summarization, and optimization, enhancing self-serve capabilities for content teams.
Collaborate with Content Strategists and the Information Architect to enhance the AI-informed content strategy for external content by bringing the focus on best-in-class end user experiences.
Work with knowledge engineers and product strategists to automate and consolidate internal and external feedback from multiple channels, including chatbot interactions, sentiment analysis, and CRM data, providing actionable summaries to help content strategists enhance content.
Troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, and continuously fine-tune AI outputs to improve internal efficiencies and external self-service rates.
Lead AI training initiatives for content teams as part of the change management process.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, program management, enterprise content management or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing a team
Advanced experience with AI/ML technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) techniques like transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Claude), sentiment analysis, and text summarization.
Advanced experience with generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with content automation tools or AI-driven content platforms used to streamline content creation processes.
Experience with chatbot training and conversational AI.
Knowledge of content governance frameworks and editorial standards.
Experience working with technical writing and instructional design teams to deliver content for end users.
Expertise in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with technical teams.
Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience defining and tracking performance metrics with strong analytical skills.
Experience working in enterprise-level content creation environments.
