About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to scale and optimize our paid marketing efforts, with a primary focus on web acquisition. In this role, you’ll own and expand our existing paid marketing program, managing budgets, launching experiments, and driving growth across multiple channels and languages. While your primary focus will be on the web, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to our iOS and Android campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale paid search efforts, with expertise in Google Search Ads,, and Bing Ads, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI

  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmap, identifying new opportunities to improve efficiency, scale spend, and unlock incremental growth

  • Analyze and optimize performance metrics, proactively monitoring pacing, spend, and conversions

  • Manage budget allocation across campaigns and channels, ensuring resources are deployed effectively while balancing attributions and incrementality

  • Collaborate with brand, product, and creative teams to align paid marketing efforts with broader company initiatives

  • Write and refine ad copy with compelling messaging that resonates with different audience segments and markets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in performance marketing, with strong focus on paid search and web acquisition

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and with hands on experience optimizing large scale campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills - experience pulling and interpreting data from ad platforms, spreadsheets, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) 

  • Experience managing conversion tracking set ups, troubleshooting attribution issues

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross functional teams in a fast paced startup environment

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and ensure execution 

  • Excellent copy skills, with ability to craft succinct, high converting ad messaging
