We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. You will play  critical role in scaling our team while maintaining a high talent density.

We are looking for a Operations & Strategy Intern to join our team. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with all teams across the company. You will play a critical role in optimising processes, managing projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What will you do?

  • Operations
    • Process Optimisation
      • Rethink or create processes for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee development, and office management.
      • Enhance documentation and knowledge-sharing systems across the company and improve collaboration and internal communication workflows between teams.
    • Event Coordination:
      • As participants: Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare for events where Qevlar exhibits.
      • As hosts: Help organise external events (community-building, industry events) and internal ones (offsites, team-building activities).
    • Day-to-Day Operations: support office management.
  • Strategy
    • Strategic asset creation: prepare high-impact presentations for board meetings, founders' pitches.
    • Financial analysis and modelling: Assist in creating financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
    • Cross-team insights and alignment: Analyse and synthesise data from various teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to provide actionable insights that improve alignment and decision-making across the organisation

Who you are

  • Master’s student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or related fields
  • Strong analytical, operational (Excel, slides), and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about startup environments
  • Prior experience in operations, consulting, or startups is a plus
