Sr Director, AI Operations & Strategy Delivery
 
The Sr Director of AI Operations and Strategy Delivery will be leading AI operations, platforms, and governance frameworks. While leading and managing enterprise-wide platform strategies, it will implement, oversee and manage AI Operations including partnership initiatives and Ops automation opportunities across the organization. It will also develop and maintain operations, procedures and flows for the responsible AI governance operations framework.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plans and prioritizes platform standards and architecture guidelines with compliance and audit teams

  • Drives AIOps awareness, education, adoption, and implementation across enterprise projects and departments

  • Creates and enforces operations procedures for TIAA governance policies and for emerging tech implementations

  • Coordinates with specialized teams (i.e. cyber, TAG, GIS, LRC) for platform operations optimizations and efficiency improvements

  • Implements automated operations and monitoring solutions

  • Ensures compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2025-05-12Base Pay Range: $122,600/yr. - $203,900/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
