Job summary:

AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Onboarding Project Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable onboarding frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. What you'll be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
  • Onboarding Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable onboarding framework tailored to enterprise clients. 
  • Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organisational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools. 
  • Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from onboarding to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with Onboarding Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 
    • 5+ Proven experience in project management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments. 
    • Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing C-Suite and senior stakeholder relationships. 
    • Organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Familiarity with AI-based tools or SaaS platforms. 
    • Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate technical solutions. 
  • Communication and Presentation: 
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: 
    • Ability to manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Collaboration: 
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with sales, customer success, and product teams. 
  • Adaptability: 
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adjust priorities proactively.
