This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven strategies, has a keen understanding of webinar execution, and can deliver results quickly. You will drive the entire process—from planning and execution to reporting and optimizing—while ensuring webinars align with our broader marketing and sales goals.Key ResponsibilitiesWebinar Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute a high-impact webinar strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.Collaborate with internal teams to identify topics that resonate with target audiences and ensure alignment with sales goals.Manage end-to-end logistics including speaker coordination, promotion, and live event facilitation.Data & Performance Reporting:Track and report on key webinar metrics such as registration rates, attendance, engagement, and lead conversion.Integrate webinar platforms with CRM and marketing tools to capture and nurture leads effectively.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data.Speed of Delivery:Ensure timely delivery of webinars and campaigns, prioritizing fast execution without compromising quality.Quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms to enhance webinar experiences and ensure seamless delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize conversion.Partner with content and design teams to create engaging webinar materials (e.g., slides, landing pages, and email sequences).Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in webinar marketing or virtual events, particularly with a focus on lead generation.Proficiency with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar) and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for optimization.Proven ability to deliver projects quickly, without compromising on quality.Excellent communication and project management skills.
