Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and programs across various channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing, email marketing, and user success initiatives. You will lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns Execution

• Lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for optimization.
• Manage and maintain the company website and other digital assets.

Demand generation

• Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive the adoption of community leaders and professionals
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI

User engagement & support

• Develop and execute innovative user engagement initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty
• Lead team to create and manage assets for Help Center, product demos and use cases

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor a small team of marketing professionals.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
• Proven experience in leading and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
• Strong experience in email marketing, including list management, campaign development, and performance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
