Department Overview

The Operating Model Integration Department is dedicated to driving Rakuten Group's continued growth by strengthening marketing and creative operations processes across the organization. We leverage AI and the latest technologies to achieve this goal.

Within the department, the Solution Strategy Division focuses on planning and supporting the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. We enable concrete problem-solving and the execution of impactful initiatives across the group.

Position Details

Analyzing the current state of marketing and creative operations processes across Rakuten Group and identifying key challenges. Planning and promoting the implementation of technologies such as AI, RPA, and machine learning to improve efficiency and enhance operations. Executing and managing the progress of business process improvement projects in collaboration with various business units. Gathering information, conducting research, and communicating internally about the latest technologies. Measuring the effectiveness of business process improvements and establishing improvement cycles. Collaborating and coordinating with relevant departments, and communicating with stakeholders.

 

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in one of the following areas:

- Experience in business process improvement, strategy development, or technology implementation projects at a consulting firm.

- Strong problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge or practical experience with cutting-edge technologies such as AI, RPA, and machine learning.

- English: Business level proficiency or higher.

- Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

- Knowledge or experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience in business process improvement projects within large organizations.
