HealthTech Innovations Teknoloji AS is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize marketing strategies, improve lead nurturing processes, and streamline customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement automated marketing campaigns utilizing AI technology.
• Engage target audiences using platforms like MAKE.ai, Browserflow, and other AI-driven systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
• Manage lead scoring and nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
• Work with content creators and designers to create engaging campaign materials that connect with our audience.
• Maintain and optimize the marketing automation system, ensuring up-to-date processes and practices.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to identify the most effective tactics and messaging.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices within the marketing automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing automation, preferably with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using AI based systems and marketing analytics tools.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Salary range between 45.000 and 65.000 TRY per month Nett.
