The Role
The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing automation efforts of the company. You will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns specifically within HubSpot. This position requires a good understanding of marketing principles, email marketing best practices, and proficiency in HubSpot's marketing automation tools and features. You will work closely with the marketing and business operations teams to execute automated marketing campaigns and drive prospect and customer engagement.
At A Glance
- Assist in the setup and configuration of HubSpot. Collaborate with the marketing team to define automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring models.
- Support the creation and execution of automated marketing campaigns. This includes email marketing, creating and executing nurtures, social media integration, and other relevant features within HubSpot. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
- Manage and maintain the marketing database, including data segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment. Monitor data quality and implement necessary measures to ensure accurate and reliable data for campaign targeting and reporting.
- Generate reports on campaign performance using HubSpot's reporting and analytics features. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team for campaign refinement and improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests within HubSpot to optimize email subject lines, content, and design. Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in marketing automation. Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance marketing effectiveness.
What Will Impress Us
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Validated experience (3-5 years) in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot's marketing automation platform and its associated tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data within HubSpot.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of lead management and nurturing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to Marketing, Sales, and BI platforms including but not limited to Marketo, Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible), Salesforce, and Tableau.
