Responsibilities 🤓
✓ Helping to plan and execute company events, such as participation in industry conferences, IRL events, sales events, online webinars, etc.✓ Supporting the sales team with insights, market opportunities, and decks and/or presentations. ✓ Generating weekly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.✓ Providing recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.✓ Working closely with the Content Specialist to ensure that our communication aligns with our strategy and brand.✓ Collaborating with the Marketing Lead on department operations, campaigns, and marketing actions.✓ Ensuring the timely completion of tasks and deadlines in projects where the marketing team is involved.✓ Undertaking marketing initiatives and supporting the development of improved processes and best practices to achieve business targets.✓ Staying current with industry trends and generating creative ideas to engage the audience.✓ Benchmarking and comparing marketing best practices, content, opportunities, and tools.

Required Experience
✓ 3 years of relevant experience in a related role.✓ Degree in marketing, communication, business, or similar (desirable).✓ Adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.✓ Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.✓ Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, consistently able to meet deadlines.✓ Comfortable with open, real-time communication. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a strong emphasis on thorough communication.✓ A creative individual with a strong sense of ownership.✓ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.✓ Proficient in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.✓ Advanced English Level: Strong reading comprehension and writing skills (all content, internal documents, and many conversations are in English).
