About You:
The Manager of Growth Marketing leads the growth marketing team, owns pipeline forecasting and generation, and manages the processes, systems, and analytics that power Fello’s marketing performance. With a focus on marketing operations and reporting, this role emphasizes data integrity, lifecycle management, and attribution. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, highly proficient in HubSpot, and skilled at building scalable systems for execution, targeting, and deep performance insights—while actively leveraging AI tools to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making. They partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and continuously optimize the marketing funnel.
You Will:
Growth Program Execution & Pipeline Acceleration
- Build and optimize demand generation programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Drive intent-based marketing strategies and targeted outreach leveraging AI for enrichment and behavioral data.
Forecasting
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for lead volumes, conversion rates, and revenue impact from marketing campaigns.
- Forecast budget requirements for demand generation activities, tracking actual spend versus forecasts and presenting detailed budget forecasts to stakeholders.
Marketing Operations & Technology
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and personalization across all campaign execution layers, leveraging AI to enhance automation and content delivery.
Ensure data consistency and hygiene for marketing activities, collaborating with RevOps to address sync errors, enrichment mismatches, and duplication issues.
Maintain operational rigor across all marketing programs through consistent QA, process documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Own the strategy and have complete understanding of day-to-day marketing operations across HubSpot and the broader tech stack, partnering with RevOps and cross-functional teams to execute on integrations, attribution, and campaign infrastructure—including AI-powered tools and workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as CPL, MQLs, pipeline velocity, CAC, and ROI, incorporating AI-driven insights to spot trends and insights quickly and efficiently.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance analysis with insights and recommendations.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and alignment of reporting across the full funnel.
- Lead post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities and drive ongoing improvements through data-driven and AI-supported experimentation.
Team Management
- Manage growth team including setting and achieving weekly goals/targets
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the adoption of AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting, and execution.
- Provide feedback and growth opportunities to team members including AI fluency and automation.
You Have:
- 5+ years in a marketing operations and analytics or demand generation role (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)
- Technical marketer proficiency in marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and additional marketing tech stack tools such as website, analytics, webinar platforms, and AI-powered solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, generate reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong operator who can build, scale, and optimize marketing operations, analytics, and demand generation engines while integrating AI into key workflows.
- Adaptive and Collaborative. Enjoys working in an agile, dynamic and AI-forward/fast-paced start-up environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytics field
- Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
- Familiarity with project management tools strongly preferred (i.e. Asana, Click-up, etc…
- Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI tools across marketing functions
