• You will take technical leadership and mentorship of our AI apps team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Oversee and drive end-to-end implementations of generative AI projects and define architectural standards and best practices

• You evaluate use cases for generative AI and ensure the provision of expert recommendations for the development of appropriate solutions

• You will ensure a continuous and clear exchange between software developers, solution architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project execution and promote knowledge sharing

• You will proactively drive the introduction of new technologies and development processes/methods to improve productivity and software quality

 What will convince us

• You have successfully completed a degree specializing in computer science, software engineering, information technology or similar

• At least five years of experience in software development with a corresponding track record, as well as with generative AI projects

• This is complemented by strong skills in software architecture and Java or Python development

• In-depth knowledge of generative A, large language models (LLMs) and related concepts, processes and tools is required

• You have experience in leading software development teams and implementing complex software projects

• Your strengths include distilling complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas for different target groups

• Your profile is rounded off by fluency in English
