AI Agent Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to join our team and help build intelligent, AI-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft's Azure AI Platform. This role focuses on developing AI-powered agents that enhance automation, knowledge retrieval, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and deploy AI-powered agents using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search (semantic search, entity recognition), and related Azure AI tools.

·       Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI models with relevant contextual knowledge.

·       Integrate AI agents with Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Power Automate, AI Builder, Azure Bot Services, and Azure Cognitive Services.

·       Design conversational AI workflows that interact with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases to provide intelligent automation.

·       Optimize AI agent performance, scalability, and response accuracy in a cloud-based environment.

·       Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies for improving AI agent interactions.

·       Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases, prototype solutions, and drive production deployments.

·       Ensure AI solutions align with security, compliance, and governance best practices in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Experience developing solutions using key Azure AI key components including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Model Catalog, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Speech, Azure AI Vision, and Azure AI Language.

·       Proficiency in Python or C#, with experience in cloud-based AI development.

·       Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, and entity recognition.

·       Familiarity with Azure AI tools, including Azure Cognitive Services, AI Builder, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Bot Services.

·       Experience integrating AI agents with REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise databases.

·       Knowledge of cloud-native development and DevOps practices, particularly within Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with other AI agent development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI Function Calling.

·       Insurance industry knowledge is a plus (or experience applying AI in regulated industries).

·       Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) for low-code AI automation.

·       Understanding of conversational AI, including intent recognition and contextual memory.

·       Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
