Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you’d be doing in this role:
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
• Leading the data strategy and execution for the Admin Experience group
• Driving critical initiatives such as flexible group permissions, content ownership transfers, and advanced data models
• Building scalable data models and pipelines that support enterprise-grade features
• Collaborating across teams to influence product direction with data-driven insights
• Ensuring robust governance to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists and growing Canva’s data culture
• Partnering closely with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to measure the success of enterprise initiatives

• You have experience leading data teams and embedding analytics into cross-functional workflows

• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are great at communicating technical insights with clarity
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to evaluate enterprise success is highly valued

We are the Admin Experience group within the Teams & Education supergroup. Our mission is to empower businesses and educational institutions by delivering robust administrative tools and actionable insights. From seamless user management and reporting to data security and compliance, our work enables large organisations to get the most from Canva. We’re at the heart of Canva’s enterprise ambitions – building scalable, reliable solutions that help make design accessible to everyone, everywhere.
