Are you passionate about democratizing robotics and making cutting-edge technology accessible for all? We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of robotics in an exciting internship opportunity.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in sales and marketing operations, contributing directly to the company's growth. You'll work closely with various teams across our global offices including business development, marketing, market intelligence, finance and legal to improve processes, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers exposure to the full product revenue cycle and the chance to make a real impact on our business. 

How your work moves the mission forward

Your mentor(s) will help you with:

• Data analysis & reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) of our pipeline and marketing efforts – and effectively communicate key findings and insights.
• Process & documentation improvements: Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions  for bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue process. Develop, communicate and maintain clear process documentation (written or video materials) for account executives.
• Sales support: Assist the business development team with various tasks, such as prospecting, lead qualification, data entry, and sales enablement materials.
• CRM management: Maintain data integrity within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams 

Skills you will need to be successful

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - proficiency in data analysis tools
• Work experience in a sales role and experience using the Salesforce CRM system
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude. 
• Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing company. Interest in sales, marketing, and business operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy 

• Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience or familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools
• Experience or familiarity with sales forecasting, demand planning, statistical modelling techniques
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field

The hourly rate for this position is $34.62 + benefits. Rates are determined by role, level, location, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific hourly rate for this role during the hiring process.
