Head of Marketing / Marketing Director (Lifestyle, Retail, AI Tech)
The Company is a well-established, Asia-based technology and marketing group known for delivering innovative, consumer-focused solutions. With a strong presence across Asia and expanding globally, the company leverages cutting-edge technology to create engaging experiences for diverse audiences in sectors like technology, lifestyle, and retail. The group is now launching an exciting new B2B2C/B2C product line: an AI-powered O2O interactive installation and app, designed to deliver personalized, immersive experiences that captivate consumers and elevate brand engagement.
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing / Marketing Director to lead the branding and marketing efforts for this innovative AI-driven product, crafting a compelling, consumer-facing brand story that sparks excitement and establishes the product as a standout name in global markets. Based in Hong Kong, this role reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bold marketing strategy to build a vibrant, consumer-centric brand identity for the AI-powered O2O interactive installation/app, focusing on storytelling and emotional connection.
- Create engaging, cross-channel content strategies (e.g., social media, campaigns, owned media) to drive brand visibility and consumer excitement in global markets, including but not limited to Japan, Korea, and Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring the products brand resonates with innovation and appeal.
- Secure high-impact media coverage, speaking opportunities, and partnerships with industry events and communities to amplify the brands global presence.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing resources to maximize ROI and brand impact.
- Analyze consumer trends, market insights, and campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of global marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the brand cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or PR, ideally in consumer-facing sectors like technology, lifestyle, or retail (B2C focus preferred).
- Proven track record of building compelling brand narratives that drive consumer engagement and excitement, akin to iconic lifestyle or tech brands.
- International vision with exposure to global markets, including but not limited to Japan, Korea, and Singapore, and an understanding of diverse consumer preferences.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (native or equivalent proficiency); Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is a bonus but not required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and leveraging technology for brand growth.
- Ability to inspire creativity while aligning with business objectives.
