Head of Branding & Marketing | TMT, MarTech, AI, Web3

The Group is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding & Marketing Lead to spearhead the overall brand, marketing, and communications strategies for the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this in-house role will be responsible for elevating the Group's brand presence and positioning across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's comprehensive digital ecosystem, including the website, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and owned media outlets
- Develop and execute engaging, cross-channel content strategies (e.g., content calendars, campaigns) to enhance the Group's brand visibility and thought leadership
- Secure high-profile speaking opportunities for the senior management team at industry conferences, summits, and events
- Proactively pitch and secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership placements for the Group's leadership
- Identify and facilitate the company's involvement in relevant industry associations, business networks, and communities (e.g., Web3, fintech, luxury, retail)
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing and PR professionals (2 in China, 2 in Hong Kong) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and PR efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Uphold and strengthen the Group's brand image, DNA, and values in all marketing and communications activities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and PR strategies with the overall business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and marketing
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in PR, marketing, or branding, preferably in the technology, luxury, or consumer retail sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or equivalent proficiency) are a MUST; Chinese is a bonus but not a must
- Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and building strong media relationships
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of marketing and PR professionals
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management platforms
- Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute data-driven brand-building plans
- International vision and exposure, with a deep understanding of global business dynamics
- Passion for storytelling and leveraging technology to drive brand growth and engagement
