We’re seeking an ambitious, creative, and data-driven growth leader who can unlock the next phase of Ideogram’s expansion through innovative strategies and dedicated execution.
Solve complex product and growth challenges in a fast-evolving environment, applying innovative thinking to navigate ambiguity and unlock scalable opportunities
Take full ownership of defining, executing, and iterating on end-to-end growth strategies, across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, to drive subscription and API revenue
Establish and refine data-driven experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses, improve onboarding, and boost conversion, engagement, and retention
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, machine learning, and data teams to identify and prioritize high-impact product initiatives
Engage with the Ideogram community and leverage user behavior insights, funnel analytics, and feedback loops to inform decision-making
Develop referral, partner, and community programs that foster an engaged ecosystem around the Ideogram platform
Track and report key growth metrics to align efforts with company objectives
5+ years driving growth and product management in a startup, ideally within SaaS or creative tech
Proven record using analytics, experimentation, and data to scale acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Amplitude and a rigorous approach to testing and funnel optimization
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence without authority, and unite teams around shared growth goals
Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences
Entrepreneurial, curious, and passionate about pushing the frontier of AI-native creative experiences
Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment, pivoting quickly if needed
Founding team
Our founding team consists of world-renowned AI experts including Mohammad Norouzi, Jonathan Ho, William Chan, and Chitwan Saharia. This team has previously led transformative AI projects at Google Brain, UC Berkeley, CMU, and the University of Toronto. Our fundamental work in AI includes: Imagen: Google’s text-to-image system, Imagen Video for video synthesis, Denoising Diffusion Models, which is the foundation of the recent generative media transformation.
