We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the lifecycle journey using website optimization and email marketing. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of photography and be part of a disruptive force in the industry and a growing marketing team. 

Twill report directly to the Product Marketing team Lead, and will work directly with the marketing and product team. 

Responsibilities

  • Website optimization - Full ownership of development overseeing, optimizing and improving the user experience and the marketing website's conversion rate, focusing on website A/B testing, user behavior analysis, GEO expansion to new markets, and optimizing landing pages for organic and paid campaigns aiming to maximize ROI, engagements, and reduce costs. 
  • Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with multiple departments and teams, such as copy, content, product, data, performance, and SEO, to ensure effective communication strategies across all customer touchpoints.
  • Email marketing - Own the strategic planning and execution of the email marketing channel and maintain optimal conversion and retention rates based on data and compelling messaging.
  • Positioning & Messaging - Research and craft compelling product positioning and marketing messaging that differentiates Imagen’s offerings in the market, resonates with target audiences, and increases product adoption. 
  • Market Research & Analysis - Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, with a deep understanding of the competitor landscape, and gather customer insights. Use this information to inform product development, align with marketing strategies and optimize website conversion. 

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a growth marketer, email marketing manager or a product marketing manager focusing on website optimization and customer lifecycle. 
  • Strong analytical understanding with a deep knowledge of product life cycles and market trends, website analysis, heatmap optimization and reporting. 
  • Proven ability to monitor and improve website traffic and growth while collaborating with SEO and User Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and execute independently with experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with data tracking software such as Tableau and Mixpanel - an advantage. 
  • Experience with UI/UX - an advantage
  • Managerial experience - an advantage
