Work directly with founders and sales leadership to drive measurable growth.
Build and launch our initial sales-led growth marketing programs—fast.
Experiment aggressively across channels (paid, organic, outbound, sponsorships, events—wherever the SQLs are).
Prioritize ruthlessly: no wasted motion, no chasing vanity metrics. Thrash is the enemy.
Own the entire funnel from first touch to SQL handoff—collaborating closely with Sales.
Analyze results obsessively, double down on what works, and cut what doesn’t.
Get your hands dirty and create content, landing pages, nurture sequences, source partnerships, and whatever else is needed to drive SQLs.
You’re a great fit if you have the following:
5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, ideally with hyper-growth startups.
Hands-on experience launching zero-to-one marketing programs.
Comfort working without detailed direction—you find problems and solve them independently.
Verifiable track record of driving real SQLs in an early-stage environment.
A “do whatever it takes” mindset of speed, execution, and ruthless prioritization.
Bonus points if you have familiarity with or deep curiosity about staffing, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
