Group Product Manager, AI Innovation

Open to Dublin or US-EST

The HubSpot Product team is passionate about building tools that help small and medium-sized businesses market, sell, serve their customers, and ultimately grow better. We build for more than 250,000 customers in over 100 countries around the world. Our team has scaled rapidly over the past few years, and our need for empathetic, adaptable, and remarkable product leaders has grown in kind.

Our product leaders have a few things in common: they are strong visionaries with previous success in defining a strategic roadmap, delivering a business plan, and positioning product in the market successfully. They are able to work autonomously, lead transparently, and they prioritize product and people over strict processes. If you’re an experienced product leader who has depth in building and leading teams, in addition to managing product and excelling at go-to-market initiatives, we want to talk to you.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Shape the AI strategy for Copilot and AI Extensibility, ensuring HubSpot’s AI capabilities evolve into an indispensable, AI-native assistant embedded across user journeys
  • Lead a portfolio of AI innovation efforts, including Copilot’s evolution into a fully integrated, proactive partner across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Growth
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered workflows, making AI not just a feature, but a fundamental way HubSpot customers interact with and extract value from their CRM
  • Scale AI extensibility, ensuring ecosystem partners and internal teams can contribute AI capabilities seamlessly to the Breeze platform
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to create a world-class operating system for Copilot, balancing rapid iteration with long-term architectural investments
  • Own strategic relationships with product teams, guiding how AI is embedded across core product lines and ensuring AI accelerates customer outcomes
  • Define and uphold the standard for Copilot excellence, ensuring its recommendations, predictions, and actions feel intelligent, contextual, and deeply useful
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI product managers, fostering a culture of speed, iteration, and customer obsession

We are looking for people who have:

  • A track record of shipping AI-powered products, particularly those that transform workflows through intelligence, automation, or predictive insights
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional AI initiatives, balancing foundational investments with fast, customer-facing iterations
  • Deep expertise in AI-powered UX and extensibility, understanding how AI should adapt to user context and integrate with an evolving ecosystem
  • The ability to think in systems and platforms, ensuring Copilot’s AI capabilities scale across all of HubSpot, not just within isolated features
  • Strong technical fluency in AI concepts, with the ability to work closely with engineers on topics like AI model lifecycle, AI extensibility, and data-driven personalization
  • A bias toward execution and rapid iteration, ensuring AI is continuously learning, improving, and delivering value to customers
  • A strategic mindset, with an eye on long-term differentiation, ensuring AI at HubSpot is not just competitive but category-defining
  • A customer-first approach to AI, ensuring everything built is grounded in real customer needs, delivering tangible improvements in productivity and outcomes
