Your mission

• Act as a strategic finance advisor to key business units, ensuring financial alignment with company goals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for defense contracts, R&D, and commercial operations
• Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments for UAV systems and SaaS monetization models
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR/DFARS, NATO procurement standards, and defense industry financial regulations
• Develop data-driven insights and KPIs to support executive decision-making
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and government affairs teams to optimize contract pricing and financial structuring
• Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring sustainable long-term growth

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in financial planning, business partnering, or strategic finance
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with government contracts, aerospace, or dual-use technology sectors
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and forecasting tools
• Ability to bridge finance and operational teams, translating business needs into financial strategies

• Experience in defense, UAV, or high-tech financial management
• Knowledge of public funding structures, grants, and defense R&D financing (DARPA, EDF, EU Horizon, NATO programs)
• Background in M&A, investment planning, and financial risk assessment
