The Role

We’re seeking a Finance Leader (exact level TBD based on experience) to own our financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This role is crucial in providing strategic insights, ensuring financial health, and optimizing financial operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to create data-driven financial strategies, maintain accurate financial statements, and develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility into our business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L management, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasting to drive financial stability and growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards to provide leadership with key business insights.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage and optimize accounting processes within QuickBooks.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, balance sheets, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to create and interpret financial dashboards and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
