The Finance & Accounting Associate will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:•Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts•Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close process•Assist with financial reporting•Perform account reconciliations•Provide support for corporate audit and retirement plan audit•Prepare bank borrowing base certificate•Assist with accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing•Assist with various accounts payable functions•Other finance and accounting responsibilities as needed

Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes:•Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field•1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar role•Knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles•Strong attention to detail•Ability to manage time well and balance priorities•Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively•Eagerness to learn and grow•Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams•Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required.
