Role Are you prepared to take on a key role in our Events Marketing team? We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our event marketing initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing memorable events and utilizing your marketing skills to create engaging experiences. You will manage vendor relationships, develop promotional materials, and serve as the primary contact during events. Collaborating with our internal team, you will ensure that each event aligns with our marketing objectives and adheres to budget constraints. Are you ready to dive into event planning? Responsibilities • Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions. • Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees. • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral. • Execute lead generation campaigns related to events. • Manage on-site event presence and communications. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan. • Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral. • Design promotional material for events. • Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals • Designing marketing and promotional materials for events.
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts for SAAS organizations. • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team. • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel. • Metric driven and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with senior-level executives. • Willingness to travel for domestic events.
