Job Position: SOC Analyst

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and network support to both local and remote users, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Expertly configured and set up Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for laptops and desktops.

Handle backup and restoration of critical data based on user requests.

Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Deploy, manage, and configure network printers for optimal performance.

Conduct Windows patch management for desktops and laptops.

Collaborate with vendors to obtain hardware and software support.

Provide basic networking support, including firewalls, wireless networks, and switches.

Contribute to cloud computing initiatives, gaining exposure to platforms such as AWS.
