We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to scale Digitap.ai solutions and products in the market.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record in fintech sales. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS-based B2B sales, a strong understanding of financial services, and the ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, You Will: 
  • Be the first contact point for any new leads and effectively the face of the company. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must. 
  • Be primarily responsible for opening new accounts and sustaining strategic customer relationships by selling Digitap.ai’s complete portfolio of solutions 
  • Deliver on the tactical sales plans, following up on new business opportunities, and setting up meetings and product demos as necessary. 
  • Make Digitap.ai a top recall in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI fabric of the assigned territory. 
  • Carry a sales target and strive to hit the target as often as possible. 
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback and product         customizations. 
  • Position Digitap.ai effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through upselling new products and solutions launched by Digitap. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers so that they can advocate for their Digitap.ai success with other prospects.
  • Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing Digitap.ai’s value proposition. 
  • Provide prompt updates of every action item/customer detail with regular (fortnightly/monthly) reports to be presented to the reporting manager/management. 
  • Stay abreast with current affairs, especially within and around the BFSI sector in India. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech, banking, and NBFC client  
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and position Digitap.ai’s solutions effectively. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech innovations. 
  • Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business expansion. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals 
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: More than 3 years in enterprise sales within a fintech company. 
  •  Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS, API-based fintech solutions, and digital lending. 
  •  Proven Track Record: Successful experience in B2B solution sales, particularly in f inancial services. 
  •  Networking: Well-connected with banking, NBFC, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders. 
  •  Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. 

Location: Kolkata (Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate).
