About the Role

We’re looking for results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is innovative, tech-savvy, and passionate about using AI tools to enhance marketing performance and productivity.

 

Responsibilities

1. AI-Enhanced Digital Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, Canva Magic) to streamline content creation, advertising, data analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and integrate them to improve efficiency and ROI.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create and manage high-quality, SEO-friendly content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and organized publishing schedule using a content calendar.
  • Produce AI-assisted creatives for marketing campaigns and social engagement.

3. SEO Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Utilize tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer SEO to drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor search engine rankings and recommend improvements based on analytics.

4. Video Content Creation & Editing

  • Develop and edit engaging video content for advertisements, tutorials, social media, and web use.
  • Use AI-based video editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway ML, Pictory) to improve workflow and output quality.

5. Strategy & Analytics

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost online presence, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and report findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align digital marketing with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and content planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Practical experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or AI tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.
