The digital and email marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This includes managing the company's email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and digital advertising. This role will work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital initiatives with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimization
Manage the editorial calendar and content creation for all digital marketing channels
Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize digital marketing KPIs like CPL, CPC and ROAS
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital efforts and achieve business goals
Manage and optimize the company's website, including content updates, design enhancements, and technical improvements
Oversee the work of any digital marketing vendors or agencies
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital and email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results
Proficient in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing software
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation
An excellent storyteller with a strong ability to articulate value through email copy and ad copy
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Effective project management and team leadership abilities
Familiar with web design, HTML, and CSS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
