As a cross-functional department that does not specialize in one business, you will be able to gain knowledge of the market trends and operations of Rakuten's various FinTech services.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, data visualization, or related development.
- Familiarity with typical machine learning algorithms.
- Understanding of typical evaluation methods for machine learning models.
- Programming skills (Python, R, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with SQL and databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others both inside and outside of the team.

- Experience leading teams of developers and analysts.
- A keen interest in new technologies and tools.
