As a Data Scientist associate Senior within the Marketing Analytics division, you will drive data-driven strategies and deliver insights that shape marketing initiatives, with direct impact at the executive level.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to enhance data quality and minimize redundancy.
  • Simplify and integrate complex data sets for seamless cross-organizational use.
  • Transform data into strategic insights and present compelling narratives to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Lead the production, optimization, and automation of key reports.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover customer behavior and trends across channels.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing OKRs on business performance.
  • Strategically manage and enhance key marketing reports to support business objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Stats/Econ/Math/Engineering) or equivalent work/training.
  • Seven years of analytics experience, with a focus on marketing analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning and statistical methods.
  • Experience in analytical languages (Python, SAS, etc.) and relational databases (SQL, Snowflake, Teradata).
  • Strong communication skills to present to and collaborate with business partners.
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, which will require the ability to synthesize/analyze diverse information and develop recommendations from observed outcomes.
  • Ability to create and own principal work streams that have major impacts on business health.
