Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

You'll be part of a team that provides actionable and measurable insights to leaders and service process owners, helping drive improvements across the organization. As part of the Service Analytics Reporting and AI team, you’ll facilitate the integration of new treatments, technology, and data into agent and customer-facing processes. You will automate and optimize key initiatives through AI or robotic process automation, and deliver comprehensive 360-degree insights into the health and efficiency of the servicing capabilities.

This role will be responsible for the lifecycle of operationalized advanced analytic modeling in decision and process flows.  This means that it will include exploratory analysis and case building, model development with data stability planning, model testing, model implementation, model management and performance monitoring, monetization of results and delivery of insights and business outcomes, and subsequent champion challenger planning with model risk management.
