Reporting to the VP of Marketing, as a Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, supports our marketing objectives, and drives user engagement across all channels. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives intent.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement a content strategy that supports Orca AI's business goals and brand identity
• Own the creation and distribution of various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign objectives and product messaging
• Establish and maintain editorial guidelines and content calendars
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Manage content budgets and resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital adoption

Experience we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
• Proven track record of developing successful content marketing strategies and executing high-performing campaigns
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for content analysis, iteration and creation.
• Experience with Hubspot 
• Strong project management and organizational skills
