Requirements

Title: Consultant / Sr. Consultant, AI & ML Engineer

Years of Experience: 3 to 9 years

Key Responsibilities include:

• Advanced Programming: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++ for developing complex algorithms and models.

• Machine Learning Algorithms: Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

• Deep Learning: Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch for building sophisticated neural networks.

• Ability to develop RAG/Agentic models to automate process in ontology searches.

• Working knowledge of how to use LLM models - llama, GPT, OpenAI, MosAIC

• Data Engineering: Advanced skills in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation techniques to handle large datasets.

• Big Data Technologies: Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka for managing and processing large volumes of data.

• Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling AI models.

• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Advanced skills in NLP techniques for working with text data and building language models.

• Computer Vision: Experience with computer vision techniques for image and video analysis.

• Mathematics and Statistics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics to develop and understand machine learning models.

• Model Deployment and Monitoring: Skills in deploying models into production and monitoring their performance over time.

• Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Advanced problem-solving skills to tackle complex AI/ML challenges and think critically about model performance.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with various teams.

• Good to have computer vision techniques for image and video analysis.
