What you'll be doing
As a Consultant, Enterprise Digital and AI Strategy, you will support the strategic direction of CIBC’s digital and AI objectives by heightening our enterprise’s maturity in key digital scalable capabilities. You will place a sharp focus on communication through story-telling; articulating our bank’s ambition and gaining alignment from our partners to drive strategic initiatives. You will also own and lead integral thought leadership programs to influence and inspire our teams on key digital topics.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How You'll Succeed
Collaboration & deep-dive: Effectively consult and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across CIBC to develop unified digital banking platforms and capabilities.
Enable new opportunities and our future: Assess market and emerging digital opportunities for increased revenue growth and enhanced client experiences, and stay relevant in advances within digital banking.
Create outputs via impeccable story-telling: Leverage the art of story-telling to articulate and showcase our vision, progress and updates to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Ownership to meet objectives: Lead work packages from inception to execution. Manage integral business needs to enable Enterprise Digital and AI Enablement to deliver on its mandate.
