About the Role
We are expanding our Compensation team and seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to drive our compensation strategy for Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) roles globally. This strategic role will work closely with sales leaders, HR Business Partners, Sales Operations, and recruiters to develop and implement compensation programs that align with our business objectives and attract top talent.
A key focus of this role will be supporting the build and optimization of a sales incentive model in partnership with Sales leadership. You will have a global impact, ensuring our sales teams across different regions are supported with competitive and effective compensation structures. This role reports to our Head of Compensation and will collaborate with our existing Compensation Ops, Business Partners and Programs colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Incentive Models: Collaborate with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales incentive programs that drive performance and align with business goals.
Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Sales Leaders, Sales Operations, and Recruiting to address compensation-related issues and develop solutions that support organizational objectives.
Global Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Lead benchmarking efforts to ensure our sales and GTM compensation strategies remain competitive and aligned with industry standards across regions.
Offer Management: Oversee offer approvals, analyze compensation packages, and ensure consistency with our compensation philosophy while capturing emerging market trends.
Compensation Design and Optimization: Support the development of job architecture and sales compensation structures to ensure clarity, equity, and alignment with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of talent across various departments and regions.
We’re looking for someone with:
5+ years of experience in compensation or a related role, with at least 1+ years of focus on sales or GTM functions.
Proven experience in designing and managing sales incentive programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in job architecture and sales compensation is strongly preferred.
