About The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Strategy & Operations Associate, a critical role that will shape our operational strategy from the ground up. This role will work closely with providers, clinical leads, cross-functional teams, and our technology platform to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our practice, focusing on optimizing workflows, provider onboarding, scheduling, and service recovery while enhancing the experience for both providers and patients.
In this role, you will lead efforts in onboarding new clinicians and patients, managing provider transitions, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to scale efficiently. You will also be a key contributor in developing policies, systems, and processes to support clinical operations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
