Your mission

• Develop and maintain relationships with university career services, faculties, and student organizations to promote our brand and fulltime and internship opportunities
• Coordinate and attend university career fairs, presentations, and networking events to increase visibility and attract top talent.
• Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and engage with potential candidates for various internship and entry-level positions.
• Assist in organizing workshops, hackathons, seminars, and guest lectures that align with our company’s expertise and the academic curriculum.
• Gather feedback and analyze data from academic partners and participants to improve future engagement strategies.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field 
• This is a mandatory internship as per university guidelines, requiring a minimum commitment of 100 days.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the intersection of education and defense
