Position Overview
You will be part of the Embedded team which is responsible for:
Achieving state-of-the-art performance for LiDAR processing in terms of accuracy and speedDesigning a software stack from the LiDAR management to the alert monitoringDeveloping an internal visualization tool, to improve our efficiency and ease debugging
What will be your responsibilities?
Your goal will be to evaluate, challenge and optimize the main stages of our core application:
Data acquisition (network bandwidth, memory buffering)Data processingOne topic will be to rework our data acquisition stage to:Integrate state-of-the art / efficient networking librariesEvaluate the integration of compression algorithm to reduce bandwidth usage
What are the requirements for the role? 
Considering the responsibilities, the internship should last 6 months and targets a Bac+5/M2 student.
