Our infrastructure handles massive amounts of data, optimizes engineering productivity, and enables cutting-edge AI innovation.The Business Operations Manager will be the connective tissue that amplifies the goals of our leadership team and helps us operate efficiently, strategically and as a lean horizontal, highly cross-functional organization.Business Operations Manager, Data, Developer and AI Infrastructure ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute upon a review structure of high priority workstreams, ensuring a sensible cadence, coaching on pre-reads, tracking of action items, and dissemination of outcomes.Build and execute upon a rhythm of the business that forecasts organization-wide events and community plans to organization leaders.Draft internal communications on behalf of organizational leaders including long-form posts and live presentations.Operate as the in-depth subject-matter expert of headcount and operational expenses for the organization.
