HyperSpectral is seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development and Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our co-founders, driving key initiatives across market assessment, fundraising, proposal development, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of handling both administrative tasks and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Assessment & Strategy: Assist in evaluating potential market opportunities using Disciplined Entrepreneurship and Lean Canvas frameworks.Support the development of business cases and strategic recommendations based on market data and analysis.
  • Presentation Development: Collaborate with and support the co-founders to create compelling presentation decks for new business pitches and investor meetings.Ensure that all presentations align with HyperSpectral’s messaging and strategic goals.
  • Fundraising Support: Contribute to the preparation for HyperSpectral’s upcoming Series B fundraising round.Support investor relations by organizing and tracking communications, while assisting in the creation of fundraising materials
  • Proposal Development & Funding Opportunities: Track and develop proposals for potential funding opportunities.Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals and funding applications.
  • Marketing & Social Media Support: Work closely with the marketing communications firm to execute HyperSpectral’s marketing and social media strategy.Coordinate content creation, social media updates, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in presentation development, proposal writing, and fundraising support is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Experience in social media management and marketing.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
