Responsible for developing and implementing standard reports, transactional billing templates and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis;

Develop and implement business standard reports using methods in data mining,trend analysis and modeling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methods;

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;

Develop relevant KPIs to measure performance and address business requirements;

Understands and extracts relevant information from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting analysis;

Provides training support for the use of new reports and tools;

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;

Take part to the development and enhancement of standard reporting models totranslate business into analytics/reporting requirements, and act as an interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good SAP and Service Now know how
• English only - minimum B2; 
• Knowledge of Celonis is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of VBA, Power Query, PowerBI and Business Central

• Dynamic and fast-paced environment, TGSB has multiple process improvement initiatives and work transition on going at the same time.
• Capacity to coordinate and work closely with Business Excellence and Operation Teams to support the initiatives for compliance and improvement
