Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Logistics Service team, where our mission is to increase loyalty through amazing service experiences. As an Associate Product Manager in our team, you will support the development of high-impact products that shape the future service experiences we offer to millions of customers, riders and vendors across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets.  You’ll work daily with stakeholders across the global footprint and become the expert on the GenAI and ML models that can be utilized to reduce redundant workload for Agents.

• Become an expert on how Service Agents solve contacts and drive product discoveries to identify opportunities to improve or automate Agent processes with technology 

• Support the scale up of our AI-powered guided assistance for Agents, directly increasing agent productivity and service quality 

• Collaborate & align requirements with local stakeholders across the Delivery Hero network 

• Partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI, operations, analytics and other cross-functional stakeholders to bring new Agent and Operations features to our products.  

• Become an expert on Agent Service and Agent tooling 

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive the impact of strategic goals

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Support or a related field.
• Very comfortable working with data - able to perform sanity checks on data quality, use data to validate/invalidate risks and tell a story.
• Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Experimentation with GenAI to solve business problems or integration into previous product solutions
• A commitment to continuous improvements, a sense of ownership, solution and growth-oriented mindset.
