Drivetrain is looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Associate Growth Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the ropes of B2B SaaS marketing, take ownership of critical initiatives, and grow fast.
You’ll work across event strategy, customer advocacy, and marketing operations — gaining exposure to both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Own
1. Event Strategy & Execution
Research and identify events, conferences, and webinars aligned with our GTM goalsLiaise with event organizers to negotiate sponsorships and speaking opportunitiesCoordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure smooth event participationTrack event ROI and suggest improvements for future participation
2. Customer Advocacy
Manage our presence on review platforms like G2, Capterra, and GartnerCoordinate review campaigns with customers and customer success team to build social proof.
3. Marketing Operations (MarkOps)
Learn and use tools like Clay, Apollo, Zapier, HubSpot, and Highperformr to automate and streamline marketing tasksSupport campaign execution through workflows, reporting, and system setupsMaintain data hygiene and help the team make data-informed decisions
